This is run as a membership scheme for cafes across the town to enable them to offer their customers a sustainable solution for take-out drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our aim is to offer a model for re-use which can ultimately be scaled up for adoption across the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019re all about changing behaviour and to do this successfully solutions need to be quick and easy to adopt. In 2023 we will be launching the Shrewsbury Cup App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The position:&nbsp; <\/strong>Starting in January 2023,<strong> <\/strong>(6 month contract &#8211; 15 hours per week, self employed) We\u2019re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our small team, pay \u00a313.50\/hour plus lunch twice per week in one of our member cafes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer flexible working hours, ideally covering core hours between 10am and 2pm. Some weekend work will be required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong>The relationship with our member cafes is at the heart of what we do. The role will require:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monthly F2F contact with each of the 20 Shrewsbury Cup outlets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The collation of stories and content for social media posts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support in the launch and drive uptake of Shrewsbury Cup App through running promotions, attending events and running stalls where the cup is being used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Front end training on app functionality to be able to explain with confidence about how the app works to the general public.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Essential:<\/strong> We\u2019re looking for someone who enjoys working with new people, who is enthusiastic, positive and self motivated, and who enjoys a challenge in an ever changing work environment.
